Workplace Pension Reform Compliance
According to the new workplace pension reform, all UK employers must enroll their employees into a pension scheme if they meet the following criteria:
– Aged 22 or above but below the state pension age.
– Earning a gross income of more than £192 per week (or £833 per month).
If your nanny meets these criteria, they must be automatically enrolled. Even if they do not meet the criteria, they still have the right to join a Workplace Pension scheme upon request.
